There is nothing like Christmas and New Years to put on the pounds. Well, that is a great time of year when we celebrate with families and friends. Adding a few pounds is in order. We don't need to worry too much about it while we are doing it. We need to relax and enjoy the good life. Right?

I guess I wasn't the first to return those deadly pills. Finally a government warning came out. I should have read the label more carefully. They weren't for me.
