One of the biggest traps we can fall into when beginning strength training exercises, is to try and do too much too quickly, which usually results in the new person getting some sort of injury and never really coming back and learning from their mistake. Lets be honest we have all been there.

In my opinion one of the best ways to start is to use your own bodyweight to do exercises that will stand you in good stead all through your strength training.
