Isotonix Liquid Vitamins
Up until the 1900's, vitamins were only
acquired through the intake of food and of course, changes in
one's diet. Now a days, vitamins are produced in large
quantities, readily available and very inexpensive. If you
choose to not eat right you can use vitamins as dietary
supplements.
Vitamins are organic compounds; a
nutritional requirement of our bodies. Animals and humans
require different vitamins and have different affects on our
bodies. These supplements are arranged not by their structure,
but by their chemical and biology activity. Vitamins have a wide
range of functions, they can help regulate hormones, tissue and
cell growth and even help our metabolisms.
Vitamin D is used as hormone supplements,
where as Vitamin E is used as an anti-oxidant. Vitamin A helps
with differentiation and cell growth, and then there is B which
is the metabolism stimulator. Even though the roles of each
vitamin are extremely different, they all play a huge part in
the regulation of the human body. In the human body there are thirteen vitamins, some
which are water soluble and some which are fat soluble. They are
all essential for normal growth and when not present or at high
enough levels can cause disease and destruction to our bones,
skin and other functioning organs.
Not getting enough vitamins can be
devastating, same with too much. Anything in excess is
unhealthy, even with vitamins. Some simple, but uncomfortable
side effects of over-dosing are; nausea, diarrhea and vomiting.
Vitamins are not considered drugs in the pharmaceutical world,
they are considered "food". Because of this, the companies are

Several

I have had very high
blood pressure most of my adult life. I suppose this was a result of the
self-imposed high-pressure life style I had chosen—College Professor & Vice
President, Thoroughbred Breeder/Trainer, Politician who worked in many
national campaigns and once ran for Congress. I was prone to excess in many
areas.
In late June of 1999 I
started taking OPC3. I did not do this to deal with high blood pressure and
congestive heart failure. I just thought it would improve my life some way.

By March 2000 my blood
pressure was down to 104 over 74. Unbeknownst to my doctor I had slowly

My last reading was May
4, 2000. It was 90/60. A stress test followed. The results were excellent. I
