11/1 - 'Superman' Robs Long Island House on Hallow

The three bandits, all in Halloween costumes, posed as trick-or-treaters in Merrick, N.Y., Friday night. When a resident opened his door to dole out candy, the robbers pushed their way inside, police said.

The trio tied the homeowner up with duct tape and ransacked the house, MyFOXNY.com reported.

No one was hurt during the break-in. But the family is shaken by the scary incident — and so are their neighbors.
