Antique Silver Large Mustard Pot London 1900
This is a super Large Victorian Antique Solid Silver Mustard Pot. It is of a drum shape and is plain in design with just a fluted gadrooned pattern to the top edge. It does have an engraved bird armorial to the front. It comes complete with its blue glass liner.
Assay Office: LONDON
Date: 1900
Makers Marks: These are a bit rubbed but I think they read SLLd
Dimensions: 2.5 inches tall and 2.25 inches in diameter. The weight of silver is 3.25 oz (92g)
Condition: It is in very good condition, but the blue glass liner does have a chip to the top, but this does not detract in any way and would not affect the contents
Remarks: This is a large and impressive Victorian antique solid silver mustard pot that would look stunning on any table. Because of its size it could be used for serving horseraddish, tartare, mint, cranberry, apple sauce etc
