Silver Pierced Sided Comport | Dish Sheffield 1939
This is a very pretty and decorative Solid Silver Circular Comport/Dish. It has a 12 panelled pierced decoration to the sides with what I can best describe as an Art Deco pattern dividing them and it has a fluted wavy rim. It stands on a short pedestal base.

Makers Marks: EV
Dimensions: 10 inches in diameter and it stands 2 inches tall. It is of a good weight and weighs 13.3/8 oz (377g)
Condition: It is in very good condition with just some slight surface scratching which is to be expected on a useable metal item, but this is only minor
Remarks: This really is a very pretty solid silver comport/dish that would make an ideal table centre or display piece when not in use as a super and impressive serving dish. Please do not hesitate to email me if you require additional photographs
