Villa Imolo is a lakefront villa with swimming pool and stunning lakeview at the Orta Lake, the most romantic lake of Italy.
The charming villa has been recently renovated with original materials into a luxury estate ideal for relaxed year round living and vacations. It is surrounded by a large garden with beautiful green lawn and direct access and own beach to the lake. In between the trees and shadows you can enjoy a picnic or barbeque. The house offers an extraordinary panorama and exclusive privacy, the entire property is fenced and secured with an electronic entrance gate.
The villa sleeps comfortably 4 persons. The first floor of the villa is composed of a double bedroom, small twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and dining table with lakeview, stylish living room with fireplace and satellite TV. On the lower floor is a large lounge area with another little kitchen and bathroom with shower. Upon request an extra single bed (for children) can be added on the lower floor.
There is a boat club just next to the villa where you can hire boats or have your own boat brought into the water and anchored.
Included in the price is a private covered parking space in the charming and popular tourist town Orta San Giulio. Here you will find many hotels, restaurants and shops with Italian handcrafts and food. From the beautiful main square you can easily hop on a boat ride to go the island Isola San Giulio or a tour around the lake. Other interesting visits around include Lago Maggiore (30 minutes drive), the nearby Alps mountains, the famous Piemonte wine region and the cities Turin and Milan.
