SMOKE FREE, IMMACULATE, 2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor Sport with a Supercharged Engine.
This car is awesome! The ONLY reason i am selling it is because i am moving to a BRITISH COLUMBIA in Canada and unfortunately this vehicle isn't practical there. Here in Florida.....WHAT A RIDE!!!!
To begin with, the color is called Midnight Blue. When I bought the car and for the first couple weeks (i bought it online as well) I thought the car was black, however, after a few days i looked closer and saw that the color is actually a VERY dark blue that almost appears black.....hence the name, midnight blue! I WAS NOT looking for a blue car but gotta tell you this is one of the nicest colored cars I have ever had, VERY smooth. The fact that I had the windows tinted somewhat dark also enhances the color.
I believe in putting all money into necessary repairs for a vehicle, not into spinning rims and lights under the bumper. That being said, the reason that a darker tint was used is because I live in Florida and the sun here can be BRUTAL, the tinting (and the fact that i continuously condition the leather) are the reasons the leather is still so supple and like new!
As is the case with this previous receipt, I have ALL MAINTENANCE RECORDS for this vehicle and am ANAL about performing all necessary maintenance when it is required. All maintenance was performed at the Mercedes dealership EXCEPT for the tires which would get installed at CostCo and then Aligned at Firestone. Premium is the only fuel I ever used as well.
This car was babied including HAND WASHING with all of the best products. THE CAR COMES WITH A LIFETIME WHEEL ALIGNMENT SO EVERY TIME YOU BUY NEW TIRES, THE ALIGNMENT IS FREE, WHAT A VALUE! To my knowledge, this car is PERFECT mechanically!
The condition of the exterior is EXCELLENT but also has some things to be pointed out. there are a couple of small scratches on the hood and a quarter panel there are also a bunch of scratches on the trunk: probably from setting things down on the trunk or something. There is also a small scuff and SLIGHT dent and the left rear bumper.
This car has a sports front end. When i bought it there was a large yellow scratch underneath the car on the front bumper. I assume it was from pulling too close to a parking block, you must remember THIS IS A SPORTS FRONT END AND NEEDS TO BE DRIVEN WITH CARE. Because the seller did not disclose this i had an estimate done. To fix the front end so it was BRAND NEW (new parts and all) came to $600 and change. I have the estimate if someone would like to se it. I opted NOT to get it fixed because in all honesty, it is not even noticeable. It hasn't rented space in my brain since.
This car was the only car in a 2 car garage. The entire time i owned the car it was GARAGE kept with no other cars in there. There is also SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO installed in the glove box (see pictures) with a remote so it isn't even noticeable.
This car is IMMACULATE, you won't even find a leaf in the engine!
Now onto the goodies:
TITLE: The title is not considered "clean" because this car was a "BUY BACK" by Mercedes and california because of an erratic fuel gauge. I have all the paperwork and the disclosures showing that the vehicle was returned to brand new condition. It was this "feature" that allowed me to become the second owner of this car with only 7000 miles on it!
