I understand what it's like to be new to the Internet - you want to make money but there seems to be so much to learn. The expenses can be overwhelming when you are first starting.
Although you can get a domain name cheap enough, choosing one that will work for you may not be so easy. And how do you know what you need an autoresponder to do??????? That lack of knowledge can result in you blindly following the advice of the so-called 'gurus' that tell you to buy this one or that one. The same is true with most anything you need.
In reality, what I needed was a simple website that would provide straight facts. I did not mind a sales pitch here and there or banners - but I wanted solid information that I could put to use - the problem was that I could not afford a membership site that offers such service - so I had to go in search of my own information.

Of course, I am in this for money so I do promote merchandise on my site. Some of it is my own, some of it is being promoted because I use it and some is just a great product or service that I believe in and think you will benefit from.
