As previously stated in other chapters, organizational behaviour deals primarily with the relationship between an organization and its employees, those employees and their fellow colleagues and superiors and naturally, with group interactions. Many things are studied here, including the sociology of these particular relationships. Also theories will be developed for the optimization of these relationships. An organization which would like to understand and fructify its Organizational Behaviour Essentials to deal with a few essentials prior. Each organization's environment, where its employees live and work, is unique. Even if it seems to be trading in the same things as other organisations do there will be differences in terms of culture and management style. It is important to communicate these principles to the workforce, as they are going to affect the lives and the productivity of all your members. They form an important part of this procedure and, over everything else, must understand how their lives will be improved. Implement these initiatives : A follow-up on the implementation is key to the success of the whole process. After implementing these initiatives, managers and seniors must remember to follow-up and check them. Any problems that arise can be resolved when all segments of the organization interact successfully. For a project to be truly successful, the manager needs to encourage and motivate the project team. Build and Motivate a good team. Make sure they impliment these prinviples. Provided you have managed to make sure that your audience understands your reasoning you can expect to find that they will be automatically motivated!For all organizations, Organizational Behaviour Essentials are commonly grounded on ethical considerations and morality. Their work is to bring about creativity and motivation in any organization. Principles constructed from poor research, where the ethos of a workforce is not taken into account, will achieve only partial success. It is quite important to hang onto the basics before moving forward to the rules.
