Learn Aikido or karate or Tae Kwon Do. Join your town's swimming club. Try out for your local YMCA's summer baseball team.

Do anything that will keep you active in a productive way. Laziness is your enemy, especially during summer when the mind is conditioned to indulge the body to be lazy in preparation for the months ahead.
