I am not sure why put parents like to always give you a crazy name Quinton is my middle name. I live in Arizona I am a big 40 years old this year. I'm shacked up with a cute little woman, she is very nice and honest and sweet, she is way to good for me, I like that. I have a couple of ex wives and four boys, of which 2 are in college and the other2 are in high school. I am a real estate broker and have made lots of money over the past few years, instead of giving the money to Uncle Sam I spent it traveling the country with my kids. My Dad died the year the year he was supposed to retire, I promised myself I would never save money for a rainy day, I would live like there was no tomorrow. So when I made a bundle of money, I spent it like there was no tomorrow.
I had the real estate company buy a motor home (bus), and we traveled a bunch 40,000 miles in two and a half years with it. Alaska, Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, California, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, New Mexico Basically the entire western united states. I flew all over hell and back to, like the Bahamas, Cancun, Hawaii, New Your City Times square for New Years Eve, I still love going to Vegas too .. The death of the real estate market and $5.00 a gallon diesel fuel has stopped the travel, with the motor home. I still fly around some not as much though, times are a little rough. I do plan on going to the Florida Keys this fall and Cabo, Mexico after Christmas. Then next summer to Greece.
Ya cash flow is non existent any more, I have had to diversify into other areas. It is hard to replace a mid six figure yearly income. I have many different things going, I still have a few hundred acres of land and a few houses i am stuck with. Properties just are not selling, and if they are its for 50% of value. I need to start making at least $6,000 to $8,000 a month just to break even. I have cut down expenses but I still have a few pet real estate projects I can't let die, I have way too much money into them to just let them go. So, yes I need to get going on this quick, I need to increase my sales, I need to make an online business work to figure something out that will make money. I have done it before, it seems every three years or so I have to change careers. I think I get bored and tired of the same old crap day in day out.
I am starting to work on a few internet marketing projects. I am thinking about marketing some business data, i am trying to build a website at http://BigListStore.com. I have been learning some html, I need to learn how these blogs work (that is why i am posting this now) there is so much to learn the internet is huge, and the technology changes so fast. I have bought several marketing course and programs, so much to read so much to try, so much to do.. The real trouble is there is so much hype. How does a person know what to believe? Does any of this Guru stuff really work? Well some of it does, I bought their stuff, so that is proof that things can be sold on the internet.....some of it looks ok and some makes me laugh, I cant believe I bought some of the crap. So bare with me as I learn this stuff and thanks for stopping by. I hope to post an update and we will see how things go. Hey I am new at this, what else can I say.
