The keys are included with these and work. They are painted flat black and its not a real good paint job you can see some red in areas where they missed. There is scratches and nicks in the black paint. I would say unless u want to be real old school look you would want to get these re painted. There is little pin locks on the back for hinges and I'm not sure if that is original stock or added. other than that they seem to be in good shape. The mounting brackets come with this set and they are the quick release type.
