Your MMORPG game addiction may be offering happiness for you in the moment, but it is consuming your life, and destroying you slowly.
You feel you need to bring it to an end, right?
Not in the future, not later, but right now.
Ok then. Here are some guidelines that can help you successfully overcome your MMORPG game addiction.
1. Just STOP playing. Many MMORPG players declare that they will cease playing after a certain period or after reaching a specific in-game target, but they never do. It's because the more you try to disengage from the game, the stronger your addiction starts to feel.
2. List your game addiction concerns on paper. Post it somewhere close to your computer so that you'd be reminded things like... the game fees aren't going to pay for themselves. You have to work and earn a living. You need to spend time with your loved ones. You need to engage in activities that will improve yourself as a person. You need to eat to be able to live. All of these, and many more, take precedence over winning a roll for a tier 6 token.
3. Keep yourself busy with other activities which are just as engaging but are a whole lot more productive. Enroll in a martial arts class. Try out a new sport. Study how to draw. There are an numerous activities you can take up which can be more healthy, nuturing, and even enjoyable in your life than countless hours of grinding and questing game playing.
4. Remove the game. MMORPGs these days take up gigabytes of disk space. Setting up them again will take a lot of time which you may not have the patience for. Removing the game is likewise the most absolute method so you won't be able to access the game. This may provide the head start that you need to completely stop your MMORPG game addiction once and for all.
