Some of the decals are missing as you can see. In decent shape other than a few scratches, nicks and chips, its not perfect but it is very clean shape. The wheels and Rims are in excellent condition. Tiresd are still in good shape with some minor cracking. Fenders are nice, not mint due to some dings in rear fender (rear fender is Odd as it goes all the way around the back of the tire unlike most stingray fenders I have seen) otherwise very nice. add on vintage 70's sissy bar, a long one too! Seat is in nice shape, near new, not sure what it came off of as I got the bike this way.

Click title/picture for details. offer US $550.00 Okay this is a very unique custom bike. I started with a 1975 original Chicago made Schwinn Stingray frame and had it sandblasted and then powder coated. This was a two stage powder coat with a silver base and then the blue. I think it turned out excellent as I use a very skilled powder coater who has 20 years of experience powder coating. Original style water based decals were applied to the frame, not vinyl decals. I then installed an NOS springer from the 1999 series of orange and apple krates. The next thing I did was take a brand new 2005 Schwinn Grey Ghost and I used the rims, tires, cranks, fenders, chain, handle bars, stem, shock and sissy bar and installed them on this frame. The bike has the very nice 5 speed internal Sturmey Archer hub in the rear with built in brake. It also has the Sturmey Archer front drum brake hub as well. I purchased the new made in USA stingray seat here on ebay, rarely bring under $100. This was a very meticulous build. I enjoy doing this as good hobby to relieve stress from my day job. I wanted to build a first rate bike and Schwinn never made a blue krate until they did the repops in China for Walmart in 2007, this bike has no components from those bikes.
Click title/picture for details. offer US $25.00 This is a pair of 1960s 'Sting-Ray' bikes, and one of them is the 'Fair Lady' model. The serial number on the boys' Sting-Ray is LC24987, and I couldn't locate the serial number on the Fair Lady model. The bikes have been sitting for a while, and will need to be cleaned up. The frames and color look to be in nice shape, and they have some scratches on them. The seat on the Fair Lady shows some wear and tear on it, and the other seat is nice and clean. The wheels have some rusting on them, from having been stored, and will need to be cleaned up. The frames are nice and straight.
