Click title/picture for details. offer US $264.00 A well preserved and stock example of a 1950's Western Flyer Bicycle. All components but the horn unit and taillight/headlight are complete on the bike. I bought this from a collector eight years ago and had it displayed on my home office. Great color scheme of gold and red. Some areas on the tank are a little worn from prior years use, but patina is wonderful. Springer front shocks and seat are original. Completely restored versions of this bike have sold for up to $1500.
Click title/picture for details. offer US $400.00 Offered here fresh from a local estate is a vintage Western flyer tandem bicycle in what appears to be 100% original un-restored condition. These were sold through Western Auto stores and are quite scarce today. This bike is in working order and could use restoration, but that is left for the new owner. The pedals are original and all but 1 are complete, all the western signed grips are present as well. The chrome is in good condition in some places and pitted in others. Someone in the past used silver paint on some of the chrome and this seems to have preserved it some. Also note the original speedometer is intact! The tires are 26"x 1.75 with heavy duty spokes and hold air but have age cracks. The headlight has 2 bulbs and looks like it will take 2 D size batteries. The rear hub is made by Bendix
