This unit was made in 1972, and it is a RARE Manual to have. It was designed specifically to meet the need of television, radio and industrial electronics technicians for a compact, reliable, and simple-to-use instrument for testing capacitors, the Spague Model TO-06A Tel-Ohmike represents the culmination of years of experience in this field. It incorporates in one instrument an accurate multi-range capacitance and power factor bridge, an insulation resistance checker for paper,plastic-film,mica, and cermic capacitors. Pushbuttons are provided for instant range selection and a magic-eye tube simplifiesbridge balancing for capacitance measurments. A large meter gives direct pinter readings of insulation resistance and leakage current and shows the exact voltage applied to electrolyic capacitors during the leakage test.

This manual was 4 3/4" wide x 6 3/4 " high and had 18 pages. I now is 8 1/2" wide X 11 1/2 " high and has larger print and is 11 pages, of instruction oh how to use this test equipment. I have one myself and use it alot.
