We will find listing for you in communities that fit your described needs and present them to you .if you see listing you are interest in we will set you up with a realtor to show them to you and set up appointment times for you that fit your schedule. This is for a FLAT fee of $400 for 15 home appointments. Taking on a new job and moving to a new location is enough to handle lets us take a little of the new home search off your shoulders. We will also gather information from local chamber commerce on schools and businesses in the communities you are researching to live in. We will have them mailed directly to you.

Price Scale for hourly hire
$30.00 per hour for up to 10 hours
$25.00 per hour for up to 20 hours
$20.00 per hour for up to 40 hours
Home Search Service is a Flat fee of $400 for up to 15 appointments
Packages are paid for up front, we will give you a detailed log of our services to you. When your hours banked get low we will let you know.
We accept credit cards or check for services.
