All our watches are 100% brand new (unless otherwise stated). We guarantee our watches to be authentic and we are willing to stand behind every watch we sell. We are not authorized dealers for the brands that we carry, but we purchase our watches from respected industry sources.
Warranties
We are not authorized dealers, so the manufacturer’s warranty may not be included. Please note that if the manufacturer’s warranty is included, it is not valid unless it is stamped by an authorized dealer, and therefore, most likely will not be honored by the manufacturer. Since we are not authorized dealers, we are not able to stamp the warranty.
Repairs/Sizing
We do not size bands or repair watches. We recommend that you take your watch to an authorized dealer or reputable local jeweler for sizing.
Battery Replacement
Generally a battery lasts between 2-5 years (manufacturers suggest to change after 3 years) but it depends on the watch, because some watches eat the batteries faster them others. We recommend that you take your watch to an authorized dealer to have the battery replaced. We do not recommend that you replace the battery at a local jeweler, since most manufacturer’s have a policy not to work on your watch if it has been worked on by anyone who is not an authorized dealer.
Payments
All payments are through paypal. We can only ship to a confirmed paypal address.
Shipping
USA ground shipping only. Items leave the warehouse in 1-3 days after you place your order. Standard delivery should be within 5-10 business days. Some larger items may take longer.
Shipping is done by all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Customers are not able to chose the carrier of their choice.
We can ship most items to a PO box. If an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask for a physical shipping address.
Most items can be delivered to APO/FPO destinations. Such items are usually delivered to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order.
We do ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping fees will be charged based on the destination, size, and weight of the item. We will contact you by email for authorization on these fees. Delivery time to Alaska and Hawaii is 4-6 weeks.
We do not ship to International or U.S. Territory locations (including Canada, Puerto Rico and any other locations outside the U.S.)
All packages are fully insured.
Returns
I will gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect only. As with any other seller, once I receive your returned item with explanation for return, I will issue a refund of your purchase price (including shipping cost). Returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags still attached.
