Dale Harwood Western Saddle

Custom hand-built Dale Harwood western saddle. It is stamped behind the cantle with his name and #217. Under the skirt is stamped 68217. This indicates that the saddle was built in 1968 and is the 217th saddle Dale has made.

It is built on the 3B Cattlemen's Tree which is Dale's version of the Chuck Sheppard Tree. It has standard bars and a 15 1/2" seat. It is tooled with Dale's personal pattern, full flower "Copper Rose" and the silver design is "Sunset Trails Silver". The saddle has been ridden in, but it has been well cared for and is in overall excellent condition.
