So now lets move to the example of this diet. THIS IS ONLY EXAMPLE!
Lets say you can today eat 4 meals. For breakfast you may have nuts and fruit, for lunch you may have sandwich, for dinner cheese and turkey and for snack garden salad and nuts.
The reason I say this is only an example is because this diet plan has all kinds of different foods you can eat, but since it is calorie shifting diet, the group of food and the day may vary.
