Harman Kardon Soundsticks II 3-Piece Plug and Play Multimedia Speaker System is very easy to set up, works great, and looks beautiful. Its loud enough for a very loud listening level, and loud enough to fill a floor for a casual party, but not loud enough for a dance party or to fill the entire house.
HK Soundsticks II are analog, and their mini-plug can insert into the headphone jack of a TV, audio receiver, iPod or other portable media player, nearly anything that makes sound. The left & right speakers each take up all of around three inches of space wherever you might end up putting them and their fully adjustable companion subwoofer sits out of the way with a blue glow. Instrumental and vocal presence is startling, regardless of the style of music. Just tap on the silver parentheses on the right speaker to raise or lower the volume.
It encourages you to step out of the ordinary speaker world and offers sound in an original and unique package. The system, described as curvy, sleek and sexy, delivers sound that is loud and clear. It employs a new computer-optimized multi-band parametric equalization and Harmans unique "capacitance touch" control buttons on the right satellite allow for direct access to volume control.
