Family Health Partners work from local Chidrens Medical Services offices throughout the state of Florida in over 20 locations. Their primary job is to provide support, education, and resources for families serviced by the CMS offices in which they work. The impact of these positions is felt locally, regionally, and statewide, as you work to improve family situations through one on one cooperative relationships with CMS staff.
Are you self starter, who can work independently?
Are you focussed and desire to be a part of the betterment for Florida families?
