This Dressing Table is made of Flame Mahogany and it has a rich, Deep Mahogany Patina.
This is an English Victorian Dressing Table. The Dressing Table has a Deep Gallery along the back. The Gallery has canted corners. It is beautifully moulded along the bottom edge.
The Dressing Table has a beautifully carved, Top Edge. It is unusual in that there are Two Long Drawers over the Knee Hole Opening with Short, Deep Drawers flanking the Knee Hole.The Drawers open to reveal roomy interiors, perfect for storing folded articles of clothing. A Scalloping Apron frames the Knee Hole.
The Dressing Table comes with its' original hardware. This includes the intricate, pierced, Diamond Back Plates and Tassel Drop Pulls. The Dressing Table is raised upon Cabriole Legs with Pad Feet.
