It is big enough to fit my Canon Rebel XT with the battery pack and a 28mm-105mm lens. There are enough slots to carry an extra battery pack, several lenses, and tons of pockets for other things.
The NB-2LH lithium-Ion rechargeable battery is compatible with the Rebel XT camera and select PowerShot, Elura, Optura, and ZR cameras. The UV haze filter is used by many photographers to protect the front element of their lens from abrasions, dust, and moisture. It has a very subtle warming effect, which can be useful to counter the "cool" colors you sometimes get in bright sun or in shade.
