Marc Savin aka "Phantom" has retired from his position as a T-FLAC (Terrorist Force Logistical Assault Command) spy two years ago. Painful memories have caused him to hide himself away on a country ranch ever since. Nothing and nobody could convince him to return to spy work, until a strange woman showed up at his home in need of help.
Victoria's twin brother, a T-FLAC spy, has gone missing. She believes that Marc may be the only one who can help find and save him. Tori and her brother have shared a psychic connection since birth.
