Maxwell's Quick reference is the best little book to have as a medical student. Its helpful with ACLS and EKGs, Lab values and equations, how to write orders and dictate/write notes and how to do H & P's. It also includes OBGYN and developmental milestones for pediatrics. To top it off it has a great neurology section with charts and nerological exam helpers, including the mini-mental status, which is handy for psychiatry as well. On the back is an Eye chart. Included are several blank pages for note taking. This book is a gold standard of easy reference.
