20 years if experience in related fields of maintenance,Construction and interior design. Technically skilled and a craftsman. Technically skilled in many trades. Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing,Electrical,Cabintry design,Carpentry and architecual drafting. Specializing in restoration and renovation of both commercial and residential propertys. I am a good communicator and very organized,a team player,creative and a problem solver along with being a self starter. I am a Native New Yorker and i speak English and Spanish fluently.
