The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: The Black Dossier is the adventure of LXG members, Mina and Allan as they try to search for answers that can only be found in the Black Dossier, the book that contains the history and secrets of the League since its beginning.
The setting is in the mid 1950s of England, a country that has undergone a lot of changes since. The group known as the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen have been disbanded and disavowed and the country is now under the control of an iron fisted regime. In the present, after many years, the still youthful Mina Murray and a rejuvenated Allan Quatermain (both appearing quite young courtesy of a peculiar find in Africa) returns and in search for answers.
The black dossier is a book that holds the key to the hidden history of the League throughout the ages is said to contain the answers but in order to get it Allan and Mina must go to their old headquarters where the book is buried deep within its vaults. Accompany the LXG members as they delve into the details of their precursors while eluding their dangerous pursuers that are hell-bent on retrieving the lost manuscript and finally putting an end to LXG once and for all!
