It introduces a medieval European castle and the things that happen inside one. It has a chatty text and cleanly designed pop-up illustrations that provides an overview of life in the Middle Ages. It illustrates and shows the various parts of a castle like the fortress, castle chapel, dungeon, etc. It also shows the different types of people living in a castle like the craftsmen and the knights.
