I am looking for a partner for a start-up company. I have outline on how the software (web based) should work, but I have no idea how to program it. I am willing to give a large percentage of the company to this person. Profits would be split each month by the decided upon percentages. It is a monthly subscription software. Once the program is up and running, mininal maintenance should be needed. Changes and updates will be minor and only be needed once a week or less. I would like to have this going soon. I have been sitting on this idea for a while and need to get it moving. This will probably never be a huge money maker, but a consistant one.
