Hi there!
[Female roommate preferred] I moved to Apex, NC from NY last summer and bought a townhouse back in October [Located in Scotts Mill/Bungalow Park]. I've been busy renovating it these past few months and have just a little more to do. My house is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful neighborhood [near Beaver Creek Commons, Peak Fitness, etc]. There are tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, a pool, etc. I'm looking for a roomate to move in ASAP. It's a really good size room, with satellite hookup already installed, a walk in closet and your own bathroom.
A little about me and what I'm looking for: I'm almost 30, I'm a responsible professional, I have GREAT friends & I have two adorable Boston Terriers. We have girl's night almost every week, so not only will I be looking for a roomate but a new friend would be great too. :) I don't smoke, don't use drugs, I have NO DRAMA in my life, I'm a very positive person. I am looking for someone who is clean, this is an absolute MUST. You have to have a stable income and be responsible. I don't want anyone who has rowdy friends or that is dirty, smokes, uses drugs, irresponsible, dislikes animals and that has issues with an ex boyfriend.
I'm asking for $575 per month, that includes all utilities. I'm also asking for a $575 security fee, plus first month's rent on or before the day you move in.
