Vintage 1951 Vespa 125 Farro Basso For Sale
Rare 1951 Classic Piaggio Vespa scooter, the same model seen on the movie “Roman Holiday” with Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn. This scooter is one of the best condition of its kind in North America ( If you can find any ) as well as all over the world. The Farro basso Vespa ( Fender light) has become extremely hard to find even in its birth place of Italy and was highly sought after by collectors of Vespa scooters worldwide. Fender light Vespas are rare but this particular scooter with its semi open engine cowl and the first model to be equipped with soft gears-control cables is even rarer. This Classic Vespa scooter was restored in Milan, Italy and imported to the U.S. Everything on it is original, from the tail light to the almost 60 year old badge. The engine runs perfectly after all these years. Put in some gas and you can go anywhere after just one or two kicks. With gas price continue to soars, riding a scooter is the perfect choice to save (Costs me 10 bucks every 2 weeks, Can't beat that). And why not get around in style? The Vespa Scooter represents Italy design at its best and a CLASSiC Vespa scooter just gives you the immaculate style and class unmatched by any other.
