ANTONIA
A Beautiful Reborn Baby
Antonia has taken many weeks of careful work. I am really pleased with the results. She has such a contented look on her face. She was born on March 16th and weighs 5lbs 2 ozs.
Her head has three layers of of special baby acrylic skintone paint with veining and blushing between the layers, making it very realistic. Her hair is angora mohair and can be gently wet and brushed into style. It has been fixed from the inside with strong glue.
Antonia`s nose has been opened and backed with Fymo, then glued into place to look like she is really breathing. I have painted a gloss just around her nostrils, her eyes and lips just to add a little moisture. Her mouth has a magnet behind so that a dummy may be placed to look as if she is really sucking. ( warning for pacemaker) Her eyes have been enhanced with natural looking eyelashes. She looks so pretty sleeping contentedly in her pram or cot.
Antonia has 1/4 arms and 3/4 legs. They also have three layers of skintone veining and blushing between. Her little fingernails and toenails have been finished off with white cuticles and tips, then sealed to make them look natural. She has a soft body with disc joints for ease of movement, and has been filled with baby fat pellets and fibre and weighted so she feels soft but firm, just like a real baby.
I have chosen some pretty outfits for Antonia to wear and for her photos. All these clothes will be included in the final sale.
Antonia`s new mummy is welcome to pick her up personally.
