You must understand these12 basic life saving facts!
My heart disease research lead me down some interesting paths and what was crystal clear were these twelve hard hitting facts which are key to eliminating the deadly effects of heart disease.

Fact #1:
One of the most important plaque fighting components your body needs is a unique enzyme called Lipoprotein Lipase, or LPL, that scrubs away the fat in the artery wall.

Fact #2:
Another nasty array of elements of arterial plaque are heavy metals and you need to have some hard-working chelating agents (not EDTA) in your system to remove heavy metals from your body.

Fact #3:
Your body needs a powerful group of antioxidants that protects the tissues (especially the lining of your arterial walls) against damage.

Fact #4:
As you remove arterial plaque you also need immune supporting ingredients which is key to making strong antibodies to defeat damaging renegade cells.

Fact #5:
Believe it or not, you also need to increase the flow characteristic of your blood to make it more slippery which helps to keep the cells from clumping together because you want to prevent clots in the blood because blood clots could, and do, get caught in plaque clogged arteries which can result in a deadly heart attack or stroke.

Fact #6:
One major important fact about avoiding heart disease is to normalize your blood pressure and you need to give your body key ingredients to: 1. soften the rigidity of your arteries to make them more supple plus lessen your plaque buildup for better blood flow, and 2. because your arteries become more supple and have better blood flow, this will help to lower your high blood pressure.

Fact #7:
As you remove arterial plaque you need key ingredients to repair and help rebuild and reinforce tissues around specific weakened collateral spots within the arterial wall that restrict blood circulation. Plus you need the added benefit of growing collateral blood vessels to bypass the infected area.

Fact #8:
In addition, you need to help your body to enlarge the diameter of blood vessels with key ingredients called "vasodilators".

Fact #9:
Your body needs what are called "free radical scavengers", ingredients that boost your antioxidant support.

Fact #10:
LDL, the bad cholesterol, can carry with it what is known as "homocysteine", high levels of which damages your arterial walls thus creating a prime area for plaque buildup. What most people don't know is that they can still suffer from heart disease even though they have low blood cholesterol, and that anyone with a high homocysteine level will almost always have heart disease, whether they're aware of it, or not. Your body needs key ingredients which will help to breakdown homocysteine thus rendering it harmless.

Fact #11:
Your body needs what are called "emulsifiers" that help to keep both the fats, which you are eliminating from your body and the plaque, which you are dissolving, in solution, because you don't want to plug up the system downstream once these fats have been released.

Fact #12:

You want to add key ingredients to your body to keep your arteries from going into spasm to prevent heart attack. And you need key nutrients to help to prevent the link between stress and heart disease.
