The Mentoring Success Group is a 12 month long process, an on-line structured methodology designed to turn your business into a fierce competitor in your industry. Each month, you use our Business Performance Analysis Engine (BPAE) to analyze every aspect of your business operations. As you feed your information into the BPAE, it is constantly assessing your strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities to compete more effectively in your industry or business. At the end of the analysis, the BPAE prints out 8-10 pages of hard hitting diagnostic information that you can act upon during the next four weeks.
During each subsequent month, the BPAE looks at your weaknesses, and does a deeper analysis of those issues to identify root cause problems with your organization.
