1999 USA model restored/retrofitted 14-speed with stem-mounted shift levers. 31.5" standover height. Fits 5' 11" to 6' 1".

Frame: Pearl-white paint. 7005 flat-bar butted aluminum main tubes. Stripped weight under 4 lbs. ROAD-D KINESIS sloped crown polished aluminum fork.

All ALLOY components:

Crankset: Shimano 600 Biopace computer designed 3-piece. 8" (170mm) pedal arms.

Brakes: Dual-pull levers. New Shimano SORA quick-release calipers.

Derailleurs: SIS Shimano 105. Suntour stem-mounted shift levers. Replaceable rear derailleur hangar.

Rims: USA Matrix ISO (isosceles triangle design) 700x23c, quick-release hubs with seals. New Mondiale tubular 110psi front tire. New Vredestein handmade Ricordo 130psi rear tire. Presta valve-stem tubes.

Standard seat on quick-release Kalloy post. Rear reflector mounted on post with reflectors front & rims. Cage & water bottle.

Pedals: A selection is available.

Note caps on downtube derailleur axles that are being used for the stem-mounted shift levers.
Do you have the knowledge & mechanical skills to DIY retrofitted STI's? You'll need to be familiar with modern componentry, able to do the gear alterations (8 or 9 gears to match the STI indexing). This bike has the engineering flexibility for future alterations if desired.
