Home is adjacent to several hundered state trust land acres with many trails. 1754 sq ft home, workshop wired for electric and not currently being used, swimming pool with rock waterfall/waterslide feature, washer/dryer, Direct TV. $400/month includes utilities. If also boarding a horse, if you supply your own hay total rent would increase by $75/horse/month. If you are not supplying hay, rent would increase by $150/mo per horse. Female renter preferred.
