The Esprit ET-8 Treadmill is for the advanced user and it sports a 2.75 horsepower motor with a full “ cushioned deck and a Duraweave 2 ply belt that can carry a 375 lb. user with no problem at all. ET-8 features 9 built in programs, 12 quick keys to adjust speed and incline, and multi data display windows that can track your speed, time, distance, incline, calories, laps, pace and heart rate. With this Esprit ET-8 Treadmill by Spirit, you can take it to up to 12 mph and go uphill to a 15% incline. For an accurate heart rate workout, the speed and incline are in 1% increment.
One of the special features of the ET-8 is the Heart Rate cruise and graph that can automatically adjust itself to keep you at your desired heart rate. It also let’s you change your heart rate without having to stop it and start all over again.
