The treadmill doctor in their review said that the Sole E95 would and could easily compete against other ellipticals that cost $1000 to $2000 more than what the E95 is currently selling for. This is a bold statement since it's essentially saying that even ellipticals that are twice as expensive are just on par with the Sole E95. This is really saying something about the Sole E95.
The Sole E35 on the other hand is not too shabby either. Garnering multiple best buy awards from multiple experts, the Sole E35 quickly became the choice of many buyers out there.
So in pitting these two very popular and very reliable ellipticals against each other, which one deserves to be in your home?
If money is not too much of a concern, the Sole E95 is the obvious better choice. If money is a huge factor in your purchasing decision, going with the Sole E35 is by no means a mistake. If you look at the feature differences, you'll see that the Sole E95 only has a few things that the E35 doesn't.
One of those is the heart rate control programs that's also found on the E55. The second item is the heavier flywheel found in the Sole E95 (29 vs 25 pounds). The third item are the plastic shrouds located on the rear rails of the E95 which increases stability. The fourth item is the upgraded console. All these things are not essential to an elliptical but they do add up. Now, $400 is a substantial amount of money to some and for those people, I wouldn't recommend the E95. But for those people that are willing to splurge a little, you're going to be much happier with the Sole E95 in the long run.
Winner – Sole E35 is the better deal. Sole E95 is the better machine.
