This is a beautiful Victorian Dollhouse. It is 1 inch scale. It was built from a kit by my husband. He constucted it, primed and painstakingly painted it, as you can see, and decorated most of the rooms inside. It has a sunroom off the left side. It has all stained windows - hand painted by hubby - french doors leading out to the deck that sits atop the sunroom. The floor on that is hardwood, and like I said, some floors inside are done and the walls are wallpapered. The electric is all in place and just needs to be hooked up to the transformer, that is also included. There are tons of extras valued at over $500 including strings of Christmas lights, chandeliers, sconces, etc. You can see the extras in the pictures. This house is worth well over $1500, but we are moving and are trying to down-size. This could be a great project for a do-it-yourself mom or dad for their daughter. You can put the finishing touches on it. There is also wallpaper and tiling and stuff like that included. There is too much to list! It's a STEAL!! This must be picked up from my home.
