2 Bottle Inkstand,Edward VII but in a Georgian Style . It has a rectangular solid silver base with a decorative gadrooned rim with a shell pattern in each of the corners. It is raised on 4 volute supports, and there are two rececess one in the front and one at the back for pens/pencils and also the two recesses for the bottles to stand in. The two heavy square glass bottles have solid silver collars and lids, the rims being in the same pattern as the base and both of these are fully hallmarked.

Makers Marks: Herbert Charles Lambert (who are listed as "Important Makers" in the Jackson's Book of Hallmarks). Aswell as the hallmarks the base is also stamped "Lambert Coventry St London"
Dimensions: 8.5 inches long, 5.5 inches wide and 3 inches tall to the top of the inkwells. The actual bottles are 2 inches square. This is of a good solid weight and the solid silver inkstand on its own weighs 12.3/8 oz (351g)
Condition: Overall it is in very good condition with just a very very slight ding to one of the pen recesses and a minor ding in each silver lid of the bottles, but these are minor
