A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate ' return shipping address'.

When you have finished the RA form you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.

Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
