"It starts with you!"Here was my problem with panic attacks! I wanted to be in control of my life and the panic
attacks were taking the control out of my hands. One problem with medication I had was that it is only temporary
solution, it is not cure!

So I did my investigation. It turned out that there were some things that triggered attacks
more. For example, certain food and drinks could be the cause. Coffee, sugary cookies, and bars, energy
bars, energy drinks can increase your chances of having a panic attack. Even
alcohol can do that, but it does not work right away, you may get one the next
day. So I started to eliminate all
those stimulants. I know, I know, a lot of us
cannot live without coffee, but now I am living without it without any

But even though I made a lot of changes to my diet and a
way of living, I still could not control panic attacks. I did manage to reduce the number of them,
but I could not eliminate them completely! The reason behind it is that a lot of it has to do with our mind.
After we experience our first panic attack, we have this fear and cannot get
rid of it! Fear of getting another attack.
So to really be able to control panic attacks you have to learn to stop
it as soon as it begins.

I like being in charge of my
life. I like to have control as much as
I can, and not being able to control the panic attacks increased my fears! My personal life did suffer. Finding this one guide, has helped me
