I an not dependent on any medication. And yet, I was able to eliminate my panic and anxiety attacks natural way. I dislike medication so that is why I opted for natural way, some people think different, but I wanted my life back.
There are some simple ways you can reduce anxiety and panic attacks, these will reduce them, but they may not eleminete them completly. The first one is to learn some breathing relaxation techniques. These can actually work miracles, and they only take few minutes of your time. The second one is to avoid sugar loaded food, coffee, energy drinks. These will trigger more anxieties. You can also exercise regularly because with exercising you will get out a lot of negative energy and it will help you think clearly. In addition, you can use your close family to talk about what is bothering you. It may be difficult at first, but it saves a lot of money in the long run!
Even though these steps will reduce panic and anxiety attacks, they were not able to eliminate them completly. The problem was still in my head. I constantly feared that another attack was coming.
