How to order when more than one products in ad?

Our goal is to keep our customers satisfied by having a fair return policy. By reading and following the proper procedures below, customers may help us process all returns for refunds in a timely manner.
Cancellations
:
After placing your order, if you realized you made a mistake you can email us with 1 hour before your order is processed. However, once the order has been processed it can no longer be canceled, only returned for refund. If you placed your order using Google Check out you will not be able to cancel the order online since you did not create an account with us. In such cases you may send us an email to cancel, however there is no guarantee that your order is not processed before we receive your message. Depending on what time of day you place your order, your order may be processed immediately, or if it is on a weekend, the following Monday morning. Requests or corrections can be made by email during our normal business hours, or by email, if received prior to the order processing.
Returns
:
Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization number must first be obtained from Terrells Retail. Most products may be returned within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. The procedure is as follows:
Customer should email us their original order number and reason for wanting to return the product. Customer will receive an email response within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions and a unique Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The RMA number must be marked on the outside of the package to be returned. Do not return any merchandise without an approved RMA number.
Refunds
:
Terrells Retail reserves the right to give full or partial refund for returned products which are deemed resalable.
Products in the close out section are clearance items which cannot be refunded. Please read all disclosures for such close out items.
Lighting Fixtures are not eligible for return since there is a high risk of their being damaged on the way back if not properly packaged.
