Wonderful Georgian Antique 4 poster in rare King Size
Colours and tones are rich and deep. The Georgian turned and reeded posts are distressed but we have not "restored" them as to do so would be to lose the character of this glorious bed - it is over 200 years old. The quality of the posts is just superb, with beautiful workmanship. They have brass bolt covers near the base.
The mahogany headboard is slightly later, and part of the framework has been faithfully reconstructed using period timber.
