How do I CANCEL or CHANGE an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact a customer service representitive at (612)267-9349 between the hours of 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Central Time). You can also send an email to Orders with Cancel Order# in subject line. Order cannot be Cancelled after it has been shipped. Changes cannot be made on any Order after it is placed.
What is the best way to contact someone if there is a problem with my order?
Terrell's Retail automatically sends out email if for some reason we are unable to process your order. You should send an email to Orders. Please include the order number if possible.
How is the Sales Tax Calculated?
We Charge State Sales tax with local tax added on orders shipped within State of Minnesota (@ 6.50%). Sales Tax is applied to merchandise value and not on shipping.
How Do I RETURN a defective product?
Get RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization). It will then list all the orders that are eligible for an RMA. (Within 10 days of purchase) Just email us @ warehouse@comcast.net instructions .
Is Shipping on Returns Refundable?
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to Terrell's Retail ?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. Terrell's Retail will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Terrell's Retail must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Can I Pick-Up Product at your store that I purchased Online ?
All Internet Orders are processed at our Distribution Center. All orders are PICKED and SHIPPED Automatically. Orders cannot be picked up once placed on the website.
Return Policies and Procedures
NO RETURNS on Software - NO RETURNS after 10 days.
Customer may return defective product for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Return shipping to Terrell's Retail is at customer's expense.
Terrell's Retail will charge a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.
Customer's RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the return shipment. Customer shall not mark the box itself in any other way.
Packages that do not have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.

After 10 days from purchase,Terrell's Retail will not issue an RMA and will refer Customer to the manufacturer for warranty service, if any.
All products for return must be received at Terrell's Retail or any business we email for the return within 5 days from the date of RMA number issuance. RMAs expire in 7 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued.
All Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, registration card(s), software, blank warranty cards, cabling and other accessories and documentation if included. Terrell's Retail reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Replacement items will be shipped after the defective item is received and inspected by Terrell's Retail Returns Department.
Terrell's Retail is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
Terrell's Retail strongly recommends that Customer fully insure the return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide it with proof of delivery for Customer's protection.
Terrell's Retail reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet the above requirements.
WARRANTY: MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY issues should be directed to the Manufacturer.
After 7 Days: Defective merchandise should be returned for repair to the manufacturer or any authorized service center in Customer's area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as manufacturer policies change.
Damaged Shipment: Customer should make sure that the damaged package it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Terrell's Retail to file a damage claim. Customer shall save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Terrell's Retail immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If Customer does not notify Terrell's Retail of damaged goods within the first 2 days of arrival,Terrell's Retail regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
