Refund and Exchange Policies
: All sales are final with exchanges given only for identical product. If identical product is not available an exchange for similar product or store credit will be given. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Software is not returnable even if it is unopened BUT is exchangeable for the EXACT product only. Return shipping costs after 25 days for any defective merchandise will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If a product is sent back to us as defective, and was tested by our technicians otherwise, a 20% restocking fee + Shipping charges will be charged to you. Please allow 7 business days after product had been received by us for any merchandise exchange. No returns other than non-working product after 25 days of receipt will be honored. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. Any product being returned must be labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Items being returned must be packaged complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Terrells Retail is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells.
Warranties
: All products have a minimum 25 day DOA warranty from date of receipt of product unless otherwise stated in our Classified ads or your invoice. Please check our website to verify warranty information before purchasing. If product is returned and found not to be defective a 20% handling fee will be charged in addition to shipping charges.
We do not warranty compatibility to your system. For example: A 486 computer & 4GB hard drive won't work together because the hard drive is too large for 486 BIOS.
If the product you need to return is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, you will need to contact that manufacturer for their return procedure.
Discrepancies or Wrong Product Received: All discrepancies or wrong product received must be brought to the attention of Terrells Retail within 4 days of receipt of product. Please notify us of ANY discrepancies or wrong product received via email @ terrellsretail@comcast.net .
Shipping Policies: Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
What are 'Factory Renewed' products?
A product is labeled 'Factory renewed' for any number of reasons:
Open Box: Items cannot be sold as new if product packing is removed without a purchase.
Returns: Consumers can return products for any reason. Perhaps the consumer didn't like the product or had difficulty getting the item to work. Whether it's the very next day or months later, these items must be identified as 'reconditioned' or 'refurbished' to be resold.
Scratch and Dents: Some items are returned with visible wear and tear. Terrells Retail Merchandise makes every effort to ensure that our reconditioned merchandise does not include 'Scratch and Dents.'
How are products renewed?
Every renewed product must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing, the product is repackaged. This service may be performed by the original manufacturer, a reputable professional outside firm or right here at Terrells Retail Merchandise . All products are returned to like-new or almost new condition.
How do I identify 'Factory Renewed' products?
The products contain (R) in the model number (i.e. SON123(R)).
Will 'Factory Renewed' products come in different packaging?
By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory renewed. Packaging and terminology may differ from the original. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items are repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, etc.) that are not included with the reconditioned product. Be sure read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.
What makes a 'Factory Renewed' item such an excellent purchase?
Factory renewed products maintain high quality standards. Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. In fact, renewed goods have a very low (2-percent) return rate.

Warranty Information
All merchandise is guaranteed for 25 DAYS from original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 25 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate ' return shipping address'.

You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your credit after it has been applied
No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
IMPORTANT
: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process.
To get an RA number email us for 'Return Authorization Form' and follow the instructions.
When you have finished the RA form you will will need to printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
