Japanese Dragon Tattoos are very popular these days. These dragons have mythical origins, commonly believed to be the protectors of the emperors and imperial families. The first emperor of Japan was thought to be descended from a dragon. For this reason, many people get these designs to represent guardianship.
Japanese Dragons are similar to other asian dragons. A key difference is the long whisker like projections and the jewel on the chin. They are my personal favourite among all Asian dragons. What’s your favourite?
Japanese Dragons are distinct from western dragons. Whereas Japanese dragons are highly respected creatures, western dragons have traditionally represented pure evil.

If you’re looking for tattoos, I recommend you check out www.chopper-tattoos.net. They have the internets Largest, award winning gallery of tattoo designs. Their design is so huge, that the hardest part about finding the tattoo that’s just right for you will be selecting just one? But who says you can’t pick more than one. Print em out, they’re all in high quality, and show your friends and let them help you decide (if you want) or just get the tattoo and surprise em! Anyway, before you get a tattoo, you have to check out Chopper Tattoo, that’s all I have to say.
